This is not medical advice

ZoneTwo generates training analyses and workout recommendations using an AI model. These are informational suggestions, not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a prescription. The recommendations can be wrong. Training carries risk of injury. You remain responsible for your own training decisions and for consulting a qualified medical professional when needed — especially for injuries, chronic pain, cardiac issues, pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns, or any pre-existing condition.

If an analysis ever tells you something that contradicts what a qualified coach or doctor has told you, follow the human.

§1

Who can use this

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under the law where you live. By using ZoneTwo you confirm both.

§2

Account and Strava connection

You sign in with Strava OAuth. You are responsible for the Strava account you use. Don't let other people sign in as you. Don't use the service to collect or analyze anyone else's training data.

You can disconnect ZoneTwo at any time from your Strava settings at strava.com/settings/apps.

§3

How you may use ZoneTwo

You may:

  • Use the service for your own personal training analysis.
  • Share screenshots of your own analyses with friends, coaches, or social media.

You may not:

  • Scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to extract our prompts, schemas, or model responses programmatically.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without a written agreement with us.
  • Use it to harm yourself or encourage others to train in ways that would reasonably be expected to cause injury or disordered eating.
  • Attempt to overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with other users.
  • Use it for data collection on athletes other than yourself.
§4

Your data and your content

Your activity data belongs to you. ZoneTwo stores it and generates analyses on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of operating the service (computing metrics, generating analyses, keeping your history) — nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.

The written analyses we generate are produced jointly by our system and an AI model. You can use them freely for your own training. We reserve the right to use aggregated, de-identified usage patterns (e.g. “N analyses generated this week”) internally to improve the service.

§5

Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. We may change, pause, or retire features at any time, ideally with advance notice. During the beta period, expect occasional breakage.

§6

Subscription and pricing

During beta, ZoneTwo is free. If we introduce paid tiers later, we will give existing users at least 30 days' notice and a clear opt-in before any charge. We will never auto-charge you for something you didn't opt in to.

§7

Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneTwo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) 50 EUR.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

§8

Termination

You can stop using ZoneTwo at any time. Email us to delete your account and all associated data. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, ideally with notice unless the violation is serious (abuse, fraud, safety issue).

§9

Intellectual property

The ZoneTwo brand, interface, code, and prompts are ours. The third-party services we use (Strava, Anthropic) belong to their respective owners; we use them under their terms. Nothing on the site grants you a trademark licence.

§10

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction at the time a dispute arises. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the consumer protections that the law of your country of residence grants you.

Before filing anything formal, please email us. We prefer to resolve things directly.

§11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and email active users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
