The fastest way to reach us is email. Tell us what you're trying to do, what happened instead, and (if useful) the Strava activity date so we can look it up.

Common things
- Disconnect Strava — go to strava.com/settings/apps and revoke ZoneTwo. Your ZoneTwo data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- My activities aren't syncing — initial sync covers the last 90 days and runs in the background after you connect. If activities still aren't appearing after 10 minutes, email us with your Strava handle.
- The AI review looks wrong — we'd really like to know. Send us the review URL or date and tell us what felt off — this is how we tune the coach.
- Delete my account — email privacy@zonetwo.app and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.

Before you email
Including these in your first message helps us help you faster:
- The email you signed in with.
- What you were doing when the issue happened (URL if possible).
- Browser and OS, if it looks like a UI bug.
- For data issues — the Strava activity date or ID you're asking about.
