The fastest way to reach us is email. Tell us what you're trying to do, what happened instead, and (if useful) the Strava activity date so we can look it up.

Common things

  • Disconnect Stravago to strava.com/settings/apps and revoke ZoneTwo. Your ZoneTwo data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
  • My activities aren't syncinginitial sync covers the last 90 days and runs in the background after you connect. If activities still aren't appearing after 10 minutes, email us with your Strava handle.
  • The AI review looks wrongwe'd really like to know. Send us the review URL or date and tell us what felt off — this is how we tune the coach.
  • Delete my accountemail privacy@zonetwo.app and we'll process the deletion within 7 days.
